Rob is a Wake Forest MBA trained marketing and business development professional with an 18+ year record of success in brand P&L leadership and in new product introductions for Fortune 500 manufacturers and retailers. Rob has a proven track record of designing and leading business programs in both B2B and B2C environments for clients in a wide range of commercial categories and channels. Rob’s more recent accomplishments include successful lead generation initiatives for a leading environmental services firm and stepping into the non-profit world with a successful market research and awareness building project for a North Carolina healthcare clinic. For more than 30 years, Brent has specialized in entrepreneurship, strategic planning, channel design, and comprehensive upstream and downstream marketing. With a background in healthcare, he has created multiple successful startup ventures that continue to enjoy commercial success. He has also served in Global Product Development Leader roles for capital equipment, devices and pharmaceuticals and as Global Manager of business units, change leadership, marketing and business development. Most importantly, he is focused on originating the kind of personal management style and vision that motivates employees, promotes peak performance, and leads to outstanding growth.
Peter is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of success as both an owner and and C-level team member in the manufacturing and service industries. As a native of South Africa, Peter has significant international exposure and related business experiences that he brings to the table. Building and being part of successful sales of two companies, Peter brings comprehensive knowledge in operations, administration, sales, HR, and corporate leadership.
Peter also has extensive managerial experience in business development, strategic planning and accelerating company growth prior to successful mergers and acquisitions.
